Whilst on site with your dog, do not feed other people's dogs, feed your dog inside and do not leave dog food/treats outside for room. Supervise your dog at all times. If you dog is not behaving nicely, pop a leash on. Pick up poop.
Doggy Ice cream available on site at AED35 a pot, lactose free and flavours include Salmon, Liver, Moose, Cod, Herring. Subject to availability, ask for details.

At our Kennels onsite (Homely Petz) AED60 per day between 7am to 7pm, ask for details. Vaccination details are required.
Wikiloc Trekking App
Wikiloc is a great app (iPhone & Android) to download for trails and treks and walks in your current location. You can select degree of difficulty, if kids or dogs are going and track your progress. It will show you treks in the Hajjar Mountains here.
Dog friendly cafe overlooking Al Hamra Marina, dogs welcome out on the deck in the shade. Ideal for lunchtime meals. Apprx 20 minutes from the camp. Search Tucano Cafe on Google maps.
The Hajjar Mountains. Jebel Jais is the highest peak in the UAE. A beautiful winding drive to the top with amazing view points. You can take your dog with you and stop at various points on route for trekking and exploring. Take plenty of water for both you and your dog.
On Al Qawasim Cornich (for Google Maps). You can sit outside with your dog in shade looking out across the water to the mangroves. 5 minutes from the camp.
Marina Muse (Google maps). Restaurant and bar overlooks Al Hamra Marina. A dog friendly restaurant offering meals and drinks (including alcohol), dogs are welcome on the shaded outside area overlooking the marina. Apprx 20 minutes from the camp.
"Flamingo Beach" is a dog friendly beach, found on Google Maps and only 10 minutes from the glamp site. Dogs must be on leash at all times. Best times are early morning and weekdays.
Al Qawasim Corniche (Google maps) is ideal for dog walking along the mangrove waters. Has restaurants, cafes, jogging track, scooter/bike hire. The RAK Wheel all overlooking the salty mangroves and views to the mountains. 5 minutes from the camp.
Japanese restaurant allowing dogs to sit outside. Located at Flamingo Beach (for Google maps locating) just 10 minutes from the camp site.
Al Hamra Beach
Al Hamra Beach is a public beach, dog friendly, approx 20 minutes from the camp, can be found on Google Maps. Take your own drinks and food.
Traditional fish and chip restaurant facing Al Hamra Marina, dog friendly for seating outside over looking the boats. 20 minutes away from the camp. (Google maps - The Codfather).
